Standards and Service Levels

To ensure continuous improvement in service delivery in our 13 communities, MacDonnell Regional Council has established service levels for Council service delivery that are linked to multi-year implementation plans and our Strategic Plan to continuously increase the standards. All service levels are accompanied by staff management and training strategies. Waste Management Guidelines align to the joint council Central Australian Remote Landfill Operations Manual of the Barkly Regional Council, Central Desert Regional Council and MacDonnell Regional Council.
