Executive Leadership

MacDonnell Regional Council is committed to delivering quality services for all of its residents from its Council Service Centres in all 13 communities. The administration of governance, finance, funding arrangements, program management and human resources is undertaken centrally in Alice Springs from MacDonnell Council’s public office.

Throughout the organisation, MacDonnell Regional Council employees approximately 440 staff, of whom about 79% are indigenous. The Executive Leadership team, consisting of the Chief Executive Officer and four Directors are the conduit between the elected Councillors and the extended workforce. The following, lists the current executive leadership team by their respective roles:
